  • How to choose size?
  • In order to choose the correct size please measure the exact size of your wrist without any gaps. If wrist size matches with 2 sizes, please pick the bigger one. More detailed information on how to measure your wrist with special measuring line is available in our short video clip:
  • How to make an order?
  • Choose the style of the bracelet, color, insert wanted engraving, choose size, quantity and add it to your shopping cart. (Note: if you want to order two bracelets, but in different sizes, please make two seperate orders). Continue shopping by pressing on basket icon in right webpage corner, where you will be able to upload your personal information and make a payment. Be sure that you have taken all the steps before making a payment and it will be confirmed.
  • How to change or cancel my order?
  • Please get in touch with our customer support from our contact section as soon as possible and we might be able to change or cancel your order before it is dispatched.
  • How can I use discount code?
  • By pressing ‘order’ in your basket you will see information about your order. Please insert your discount code to the required field and press ‘apply a code’.
  • Why I have not received my purchase confirmation?
  • After making an order and paying for it you should receive a confirmation email. Important to state the correct email address. If you have not receive email please check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, please get it touch with us and we will check if your order was placed in our system.
  • When will be my order dispatched?
  • Bracelets are made in 3-4 days. After that your bracelet will be dispatched. You will receive a confirmation letter stating that goods were dispatched.
  • How long do I need to wait until I receive my goods?
  • Delivery time depends on delivery method. It can take 7-14 days for international delivery. Please have in mind that the goods can stay in customs a bit longer.
  • I have not received my bracelet. What should I do?
  • Please get in touch with us if you have not received it during stated time and provide us with your order details.
  • Can I change part of bracelet after I have received it?
  • Yes, please get in touch with us and we will provide you an address where you will be able to return it. Keep in mind that the goods cannot be with usage marks and packaging should not be opened. Please inform us regarding returns in 14 days after delivery.
  • Where in the world are you able to deliver the bracelets to?
  • We are able to deliver to every country in the world.
  • What payments methods do you accept?
  • At the moment we accept credit, debit cards, Paysera and Paypal systems. You can pick up the items in Kaunas and pay there. Important: we accept payments in our stated currency (EUR), therefore in case of paying in other currencies your bank can charge conversion fee.
  • What is the VAT tax?
  • Prices in our website include 21% VAT. Taxes in your country can be added as soon as they reach customs. Please get in touch with customs to get more details.
  • What is your return policy?
  • If you want to return the item, please get in touch with us in 14 days after receiving your bracelet. Do not forget that it should be without wear marks and in the same condition as it was dispatched by us.
  • What should I do if I have received the wrong item?
  • We encourage our clients to check the item as soon as it arrives and be sure that it is good shape and according to the order. If you think there is something wrong with the bracelet please get in touch with us as soon as possible!
  • Can I purchase a voucher?
  • If you would like to purchase a voucher go to menu “Voucher” and follow the purchasing guidelines.
