You will receive a confirmation email of your order as soon as we receive your order. Also, you will be informed of any changes to your order status, so it's important to provide the correct email address when making your order. You can pay for your order by choosing one of the following payment methods:
- by bank transfer (it can be done via electronic banking, in the bank, in the post office);
- by credit card;
- by debit card;
- by Paysera platform;
- by Paypal system.
All money transfers are managed by listed payment service providers. Jacob Colinn does not collect any banking information. Credit / debit card payments are processed by Cardinity, a payment institution that takes care of secure payments using strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank, so no other people except your bank can access the information.
To get a discount, you can use valid discount codes. Click on the icon “My shopping Basket” in the right corner of the page to find the order information. At the website bottom you can find “I have discount code” section, click on it to enter the code and submit your order. The coupon code will not be available if you wish to use it after you have made the order.
All our products are custom-made. Their production takes 1 working day. The products are immediately shipped after production.

Jacob Colinn bracelets are custom-made on the individual requests; therefore, items cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the received item or found manufacturing errors (faulty engraving, wrong strap, pendant, or buckle color) immediately contact us.
Keep in mind that returning the product must have a valid and clear reason (wrong engraving, poor quality of the product). A classic bracelet cannot be returned if you order an incorrect size. In this case, we can change the size of the bracelet. If you want to increase the size of the bracelet, you have to pay an extra € 5.
If you order the wrong size of a modern bracelet, the size changing is free of charge.
Bracelet size reduction is free of charge. In all cases of resizing, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
We recommend writing an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and explaining the situation as well as adding some photos to help us understand the situation. Make sure you specify your name and order number to identify the order. Once the situation has been assessed, the decision will be taken and the reply will be sent within 2 business days.
Jacob Colinn is not responsible for the buyer's mistakes when ordering the wrong engraving. This rule does not apply if the product was badly engraved for our fault.
